I purchased this item from very. It was full of mould and water when unpackaged then didn't work. I was obviously sent a returned item and to top it off it looks like I've still been charged for the item even tho it was returned to whirlpool/hotpoint....

Pretty looking appliance, but not as quiet as some reviews, we read, suggested. Tumble dryer is quite noisy though and leaves a lot of fluff . Easy to use appliance.

I managed one wash, then on the second load the washing was still soaking wet, it hadn't spun properly and when I tried to select another programme, it just started beeping and flashing and won't stop even after switching off at the wall and on again.

Best in the world. Could not ask for more! Brilliant!
