easy to use, some programmes can be tailored to your own needs ie temperature, very quiet, dispenser can be adjusted for powder and liquid detergent

quiet, spin is lovely on this machine, which means less time in the tumble dryer if it has to be used

no half load, quickest wash is over 55 minutes, and that just the wool cycle! not good if you have alot of washing to do, or your in a hurry!
