Despite the C922's subpar background removal and its lack of RealSense sophistication, it's still one of the best webcams on the market for raw image quality.
Excellent low-light capabilities ; Background removal and 720p/60fps streaming are good value-adds ; Same gorgeous 1080p image as the C920—and at the same price
Background removal is slow and error-prone ; No RealSense tech means, among other things, no Windows Hello ; Design could've used a more extensive overhaul
The C922 isn’t an amazing upgrade. Hell, by most measures this is the same camera Logitech launched in 2012.

Our Logitech C922 review takes a look at the company's Pro Stream Webcam which lets you broadcast yourself in 1080p or 720p when streaming your video games.
Simplistic design ; Automatic low light correction ; Price ; Video quality
Only up to 30fps @ 1080 ; Not 4K
At the end of the day — or stream in my case — the Logitech C922 Pro Stream Webcam did its job and performed much better than I expected. While it maxes out at 1080p @ 30fps, you can always bump it down to 720p if you desire 60fps. I know some people...

The Logitech C922 Pro is an excellent HD webcam with tripod and support for 60fps
High-quality video ; Stereo microphones ; Easy to set up and use
Lacks HDR ; No privacy cover ; Fairly pricey
The Logitech C922 Pro webcam ticks an awful lot of boxes, thanks to Full HD resolution, autofocus, stereo microphones, a universal monitor mount and included tripod. Meanwhile, Logitech’s free software makes it easy to adjust settings and switch to...

The Logitech C922 Pro HD Stream Webcam provides lightning-fast streaming rates — and comes with a tripod.
Includes tripod ; 2 omni-directional mics ; Auto light correction ; Auto focus ; Fast 720p/60fps ; Uses Logi Capture Software
No privacy shutter ; Moderately expensive
. If, on the other hand, you’re trying to save money, the C920s remains our top Logitech webcam pick. It’s about $30 less than the C922 but has many of the same features, including a glass lens, Full HD 1080p video, auto focus, and auto light...

The C920 replacement is finally here. Can the C922 Pro Streaming Webcam dethrone the revered C920 and project you to Twitch stardom?

Webcams are not quite the fad that they used to be. As we have moved from desktops to laptops, integrated webcams have pretty much given us all the uses we[...]
Among the decent webcams out there, the camera sits in the midrange price range. For that, it offers a pretty decent light correction and video/photo quality. The only qualm is the microphone which doesn’t quite have much volume to it.
