Fine product, good software w updates avaliable

I purchased this item on 11/05/2012. Use it less than 3 times, total usage hour is no longer than 1 hour. Today is 02/26/2013. The webcam is already broken. Everything is just dark screen and black image. It won't capture anything at all.

Found even with the updated driver, it will not work using a AMD processor and Windows 7 64 bit.
