Got item to replace an old one, but it does seem to not got true readings. Was asked to keep a day record of blood pressure and when shown to doctors did not like readings, so if buyin again would pay more for better monitor.

Comes with usb interface and software although I may or may not get around to using this feature. Primary object is to have the ability to see significant changes to help me do the things I need to do.
