I have had one for a month and as easy as it is to set up and use and looks the part. The picture quality has a phsycadelic glare (like when the dfs module went on my Toshiba) to make things worse when I rang Hitachi I got very little useable help....

Easy enough to setup, but book didn't quite match unit, Power button was in a different spot. Other than that, great deal, love the unit. Its a Hotel Tv and has some unusual features I found very useful.
