I FOUND THIS TO BE VERY DISAPPOINTING IN QUALITY.I AM NOT SURE WHETHER THERE WAS A FAULT ON MY PARTICULAR CAMERA, BUT THE FOUR RESOLUTION SETTINGS ALL APPEARED TO BE THE SAME QUALITY, WHICH WAS POOR. THE PLAYBACK IMAGE DRAGGED ON EVEN SLOW PANS.

Video quality is terrible. Not worth the money. For an extra £50, you can get a 'proper' HD camcorder. Might be ok for doing low quality internet vids, but if you want to record your memories without a weird 'line-motion-blur' then get something else....

For the price, very happy. it's DURABLE. Took it to the sand dunes in OK for a few days, never broke. A few scratches and needed a little cleaning, but it never failed.

So far, this camcorder is just what I needed. It is easy to use & takes good video. You do have to use the included software to view your recordings on a computer. I had no problem installing it.
