I bought this tv in april 07. The sound started to go garbled in 4 months. Contacted manufacturer to find only 3 month warranty. I did buy a service contract from SERVICE NET when I bought tv. They had someone pick up the tv and diagnose the problem....

Good quality TV but Amazon shows the incorrect Technical Description (no built-in HDTV Tuner and not 1000:1 contrast ratio). Refer to Product Description at bottom of page for correct information.

Unit arrived on time. Every thing works and the picture is great. I am quite pleased/ The only down side is that is will not be compatible for digital in 2009.
