I could not even get past step 2 on the assembly. Not only did the product contain broken parts, but the holes for the screws to assemble were drilled way off track. Therefore the product did not fit together. Don't bother wasting time on this one.

Very difficult to put together. Also has a scratch on the front. Looks nice once set up but make sure you have an evening to set it up.

Very happy with this product. Well designed and well made. Main benefit is the minimal clearance the mount provides between the wall and the back of the TV.

I cannot recommend this product to anyone because of the many flaws I found while assembling it. While it seems like a good value, the number defects drop this down to a $50 yard sale item. The key issue is that the chrome base frame comes preassembled...

works great but it is a little hard to use the input ports in the back i.e. HDMI/USB/etc...there's a portion that sticks out that makes it a little harder to get in there.
