Those ports are a little fiddly to reach at the back as they sit under the lip. However, the choice available means once you set up your entertainment kit you shouldn't need to switch connections in and out too often

I have had a few tv's in my days I have to say for a tube type tv this is the best I have ever seen, clear and very sharp and the sound is great.No problems at all own it now for close to 4 years and its still like it came out of the box.
