JVC were really unhelpful and I would never buy one of there products again. Do yourself a huge favour and don't buy JVC. There spare parts are twice as expensive as Panasonic and Sony.

I am very pleased with my JVC HDTV. I have had it 5 years and have never had any problems with it.... Clear HD, good quality color. Added a JVC DVD player and it is a quality item also. I would purchase any JVC product and not worry about the quality.
