My 14 year old remote was dying in increments and didn't want to give up my old DSS box in my office. I ordered the refurbished remote and couldn't be happier with it. It works like a new one. Hard to beat that.

Fast delivery. The remote does the job it is supposed to do. It did need its buttons relabelling, but a key was enclosed. I am very [pleased to get it as without it the TVOnics would not work.

This new remote was a breeze to program. It works so much better with my tivo box than the original remote. The bonus for me is the light up feature. It senses when its in the dark and will illuminate when necessary. Pretty clever!
