False advertising - slow wireless, no streaming video

Don't waste your money or your time.

Like other reviewers, my BD5700 worked (poorly) for the first day and now on day 2, unbelievably slow wireless connection, unable to stream netflix at all. Just spent 1.5 hours on the phone with Samsung "customer support", firmware update did not fix

a little bit slow response after disc loading and to remote control but not bothers me much(similar to DMP-BDT210)

promising, but still buggy

Bought the BD-D5700 in February 2011, and finally took it out of the box in June. Wish I hadn't waited so long! It was disappointing that it would not play a home-burned DVD of video that our friend took, although we can play the disc on a PC. But the...

slim design, ethernet connectivity, excellent picture and sound capability

sometimes slow to respond to remote, Apps software could be useful if developed further, but doesn't seem to be supported well

Overall, this is great all around consumers especially for the money. DVD, BR Discs can be loaded perfectly. Yet the company needs to improve to support more file formats for USB connections.

ease of use and setup, good video quality
