No support - Buyer beware

 

I contacted Avatar by email they have no phone number to call. They kept giving me the run around and I did not receive one package from them in 3 weeks. I ended up having to replace the fan (which turned out to be good, then the CD Rom drive and...

Large case - easy to add or replace fan

Didn't even last one month of regular use. Avatar has no support. Sent numerous emails still have not gotten any parts

Fast when it works.

 

Avatar customer service is pretty good over the phone. I'll check back and revise this review soon so that I can tell you how my return process went. So far it seems to be smooth, but who knows what will happen.

Computer runs extremely fast, runs everything you need it to on High to Ultra, such as Skyrim, Bioshock Infinite, BF3, HoN, LoL, etc. Does not need to be overclocked. Starts up extremely fast and windows 8 actually works pretty smoothly on it

The unit I received began having issues on the second day I got it. Blue screens, freezes, extreme random moments of slowdown, and eventually the hard drive, motherboard, and PSU all failed within 1 day of each other, after 3 weeks of casual use....

Excellent Computer

 

This is an excellent computer for the price I bought it at. Most other computers of the similar price had a Graphics Card that was subpar to the one included in this machine, for a marginal price difference. Overall I'm really glad I got this computer.

Very good parts for the price. MSI 7770, 6-core AMD, Motherboard, 500w PSU, 1TB HDD, etc ; Very good cable management in the case, giving the case plenty of room. It has 5 vents in the case I received for adding in new fan ; It also came with a 120mm...

Odd keyboard - has odd key placements and stuff. I don't consider this to be detrimental to the rating since I already had a keyboard that I planned on using ; Mouse - Tiny! it would be nice as a laptop mouse, again I already had a mouse bought...

at this time i cannot give any never got to use it

I purchased this computer with excitment that i was going to have a good computer and i am sure that are good ,the problem was when i took the box to work and opened it in front of the techs at work and pluged it in it did not work . so we put it back...
