Zotac ZBox Nano XS AD11 Plus Review

The biggest thing about Zotac's new ZBox Nano XS AD11 Plus may in fact be its name. This new mini PC is so small, it makes the diminutive ZBox Nano AD10 look positively fat in comparison.

Slight fan noise and underwhelming driver-install process

Zotac ZBOX nano XS AD11 PLUS

It is actually quite difficult to find something awry with the Zotac ZBOX nano XS AD11 Plus. The unit is not only one of the most compact ones on the market, but it is also constructed well and delivers the performance expected of the AMD E-450...

Very competitive pricing, Extremely compact, Excellent mix of connectivity, Remote control included, Cool ring of light on top that can be turned off, Additional IR receiver included, Wireless connectivity via a USB Antenna, Excellent construction...

Rather loud in comparison to other E-450 based systems, Gets quite hot under our benchmarks, Wireless solution takes up anUSB port

Zotac Zbox Nano XS AD11 Plus Review

Can this tiny PC play in the big leagues?

Quiet, compact, SSD provides decent speeds

Slightly underwhelming CPU, wireless playback can be a bit choppy

Like many of its previous mini PCs, the Zbox Nano XS comes with a metal plate that can be used to mount the device to the back of any standard LCD monitor equipped with a VESA mount, so you can hide it away – the downside of this is that it might get a...

Zotac ZBOX Nano XS AD11 Plus

In addition to building graphics cards, Zotac is one of only a handful companies to fully embrace small form factor and home theater systems. Whether you want to build something yourself from the ground up, quickly assemble a barebones rig, or pick up...

Low Power ; Super Slick Form Factor ; Good Price ; DX11 Graphics ; WiFi, IR, GB LAN All Here

Could Use More USB Ports ; Included WiFi Controller Sub-Par ; No OS

Overall, the new Zotac ZBOX Nano XS AD11 is a good performer. In comparison to other ultra small form factor systems and similarly equipped mobile devices in its same class, the ZBOX Nano XS AD11 does well. The AMD E-450 APU at the heart of the system...

ZOTAC ZBOX Nano XS AD11 Plus Mini PC Review

Last week we took a look at ZOTAC's ZBOX AD05 Plus, a system many would consider to be ultra compact. On that model ZOTAC were able to cram in a dual core CPU, 2GB of memory, a 300+GB drive and DirectX 11 GPU along with plenty of key features including...

Zotac Zbox nano XS AD11 Plus review

The smallest full PC we've ever seen

Incredibly small ; Decent general PC power

No operating system ; All installation via USB

A relatively powerful mini PC, ideal as a media centre or bedroom machine, but lacks the raw performance for anything much more taxing.

ZOTAC ZBOX Nano XS (AD11 Plus) Review

ZOTAC have been dabbling with HTPCs for a long time now and we've loved what they've done in the past. However, this time they seem to have outdone

The ZOTAC ZBOX nano XS AD11 Plus retails for Rs.25,400, which we feel is a very good price considering the whole package and just how tiny it is. You could build a mini-ITX based HTPC yourself but that will turn out to be more expensive and you’ll...

Smaller than a Mac Mini, is this dinky powerhouse of a computer a PC for the post-PC era?

Zotac Zbox Plus Nano XS AD11 review

This is the smallest computer we've yet reviewed; its price and power match other mini PCs, but it doesn't have a preinstalled operating system

There are also two USB3 ports, but if you’re going to use Windows on the PC, you won't be able to use them until you've installed the operating system and the USB3 driver. The driver is provided on a disc, as are the graphics chipset, audio and Wi-Fi...
