Microsoft's first-gen Surface Headphones were surprisingly good but also way overpriced. The Surface Headphones 2's lower price takes them from good to great.

A lower price makes all the difference.

Dial controls remain terrific ; Improved battery life ; Excellent multipoint Bluetooth support

Audio quality is decent, but not on par with Sony ; Headband can cause discomfort during extended use ; Headphones can’t fold for more compact carrying

Microsoft’s Surface Headphones 2 cost much less than the company’s original noise-canceling headphones. They retain the intuitive dial controls, good noise cancellation, and now have improved battery life. Plus, they come in matte black.
