SOL Republic Relays Sport Wireless

The SOL Republic Relays Sport Wireless delivers solid audio performance and is one of the more affordable exercise-focused Bluetooth earphone pairs we've tested.

Powerful audio performance with sculpted lows and highs. Water-resistant design ideal for exercise. Affordable.

No included pouch to store earphones in. Audio is wildly sculpted, and not for anyone seeking an accurate mix.

The SOL Republic Relays Sports Wireless is a solid earphone pair, most notable for its price. Many of the Bluetooth exercise-focused options we review cost more, and while these earphones are not game changers in any sense, if you're looking for...

SOL Republic Relays Sport

The modestly priced SOL Republic Relays Sport earphones offer powerful audio performance and a secure fit ideal for your workout.

Powerful, bass-forward audio performance with clear, well-defined highs. Secure fit for exercise. Choose your own remote control style.

Light on accessories. Not for purists seeking flat response-style sound signature.

If it's massive, unrestrained bass response you're after, you will, of course, be sacrificing balance and accuracy, but there are a few sub-$100 exercise-focused pairs that deliver the thunder without destroying any semblance of balance, including the...

SOL Republic Relays

The affordable, exercise-oriented SOL Republic Relays are value-priced earphones that offers intense low-end for bass lovers.

Powerful audio performance with intense deep bass. Lightweight, secure-fitting design geared towards exercise. Sweat- and water-resistant. Inline remote for mobile devices.

Highly sculpted sound signature isn't for purists.

So, while I think the marketing of the Relays as a "crossover" pair of earphones is a bit perplexing, it is a fine pair of exercise earphones. And just like all other fine pairs of exercise earphones, you can pretty much wear them and enjoy them...

Review: Sol Republic Relays Wireless Sport Bluetooth headphones not the right fit

Bluetooth earbuds designed for working out are a pretty personal peripheral – they go in your ear and they mingle with your sweat – so finding one that works just right and can also stand up to some abuse is tough. We tried out Sol Republic's latest...

One nifty little feature of the Relays is that they have indoor and outdoor listening modes. Basically the outdoor mode provides a bass boost to compensate for low range booms that might otherwise be lost in the ambient din.

Sol Republic Relays Review

The Sol Republic Relays (3-Button) are tough, washable, surprisingly comfy and good for a broad spectrum of music. They do a reasonable job of shutting out ambient noise and have the sturdiness needed for working people — and people who work out. In...

Brilliant and crystal-clear highs ; Good fit ; Choice of bud sizes ; Easy-to-use buttons ; Sturdy build

Needs equalization to be neutral ; Weak low end/bass

Sol Republic's Relays are good all-around earbuds for athletes — and they clean up nice, too.

Sol Republic Relays In-Ear Sports Headphone Review

Sweat/Water resistant, Lightweight, Comfortable, Stay in-ear, Great seal, Inline ControlTalk with microphone, 1-button and 3-button versions, Including carrying case, Rich audio

The Sol Republic Relays have it all. You can wear them during extreme activity and not worry about them falling out or breaking from sweat, and you can wear them any other time and appreciate their rich audio experience. There’s a one-year warranty so...

Sol Republic Relays Sport review

Great value headphones for sporty types on a tight budget...

Clear and articulate ; Low price ; Sweat resistant

Slight hardness to upper mids/treble ; Cool mids

A clear and articulate sound with fun, bouncy bass mean these are great value in-ears for those on a tight budget
