Rock Pegasus 330 Notebook

 

With its compact size and reasonable battery life, Rock's latest offering is perfect for the budget commuter.

On this notebook, it was certainly one of the better ones I’ve used and definitely rivalling the Sony. Occasionally the pointer would dart around the screen or it just didn’t seem to move at all but I think even the best trackpads suffer from this...

Laptop vendors tend to stretch the truth a bit (well, quite a lot) when it comes to battery life measurements. Imagine our surprise, then, when we discovered that the battery of the Pegasus 330 actually lasted longer than the three-and-a-half hours...

It's small enough to be called ultraportable, but powerful enough to be considered an all-rounder. As long as you don't want to play games it'll do anything you want. We like the price.
