keyboard not sensitive enough especially the spacebar. Find it difficult to get a good control of the pointer using the mousepad.

Fantastic product I would recommend anyone to get a refurbished laptop, looks and performs like it's brand new!

Took a bit of time to get used to the new windows program but eventually got there, screen not a bright without connected to a mains socket but not a huge deal

says about updating it but will not, very bad product have been in touch but they will not tell me what to do, im dissabled so can't goto a shop, will never buy a sony laptop again cheap rubbish. will go back to HP the best. can't find anything good...

switchies on but can't conrol it its really rubbish, don't like all apps job toswitch on and off, i am useing my laptop XP which runs a lot better and faster,

I have no complaints at all about this laptop. It is fast, easy to use, and looks great. I would definitely recommend to anyone considering purchasing one.

..great design overall I personally lov keyboard ..its good laptop and I went true few its very smart coo look best 4 me l and I really like all about it ..and whene arrive I was shocked about the look cose its refurbished u may expext some cosmetic...

..after a week of yous bettery life drop from almost 5h to 2h max ..but thats really not a big deal if u know how 2 mannage your laptop ..touch pad this was bit different cose touch pad is a single plate (not 3 like on some loapops) with u get mouse...
