Battery life is poor, but then it really is a desktop replacement (with optional mobile ability). Also if Windows is your OS of choice I would recommend Windows 7 (vs Vista pre-installed). Frees up more power for applications.

The upgrade to Windows 7 was dire and resulted in me having to reload everything - took a whole weekend. Not the fault of the machine though which I'd struggle to find fault with.

Battery life is only about 2 hours, however, I bought this laptop as a desktop replacement so long battery life is not that important to me.

screen size and quality is great for games and high def movies. a good machine for entertainment. Speakers are better than most laptops. Very stylish, i love the mac like keyboard with gaps between all the buttons.

battery life is only a few hours, so you have to leave it plugged in most of the time. bluetooth audio sometimes cuts out- fixed by restarting though. it can be tricky swapping between sound outputs. Also a built in tv tuner would be handy.
