Did not come with back up CDs. You need to take a copy of your system for future reboot. Although better than most laptops. sound quality is not that great

I use it mostly for Video's editing and this thing works flawlessly and quickly. good build quality, specially the keyboard is very nice. Display is superb. best all round PC. I would recommend it in the price range of 8 to 9

No illuminated Keyboard ; speakers aren't of the quality you would expect in this price range pc ; it's fan is noisy, it wasn't much of a problem for me but constant noise get to you no matter what
