No better than a non-powered splitter

Don't waste your money. This device gave the same display quality as the non-powered splitter for $12.

horrible

Went with the cheap option and now I'm out the 5$ shipping cost.

Works well for me

Perhaps the previous user got a defective unit (you can return to Newegg for 30 days). Mine has been terrific.

This splitter allows me to watch TV on my Samsung monitor/tv or my big plasma across the room. It has not even hiccuped. Excellent picture and sound across 35 feet from the splitter

excellent, but many cables don't work

IOgear tech support responded promptly. Unfortunately, their suggestions - to try one port by itself, then the other by itself, etc., did not help. But I give them an A for effort.

great image quality at 1920x1080; great price

both this and my Zonet splitter are super fussy about cables. I bought 2 new cables, one from NewEgg and one from on-line bidding, but neither worked. Either no image at all with an "out of range" error prompt (on my new Asus 1920x1080 monitors, or...

DESIGN FLAW

I have just recieved this item in the mail and I did not pay attention to the DESIGN FLAW on the male input adapter. The input has screw holes like the female inputs. The srewholes should not be there. Be Aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A Lifesaver!

This gadget is great to use with a projector, so you can view the screen as well as the projector - reasonably priced - you might need a male-male cable

None - except the mail/mail cable thing

Great Product

Make sure you have the right connectors or adapters (male/female) for the VGA monitors and video cards.

Works as described. No loss of signal quality or anything like that. Exactly what I was looking for

Clueless

The only reason I had an issue with this was because I cluelessly bought a VGA splitter thinking it would split the signal into two seperate signals and give me a dual monitor with different displays, it was my own fault. DO NOTE: this will only take...

Product works great, no ghosting and the output was identical to when I had either monitor plugged into the computer

Avoid at all costs

This product MIGHT work if you are using 3 foot HDMI cables for the source and both outputs, and you have an extremely tolerable output and input devices. There is no way that high resolution will auto negotiate with such a weak signal, though you...

It's small and doesn't require a power adapter though one is included

Doesn't really work ; Says it's active, and even includes a power supply, but it's not. If you feed it a weak or even semi-normal signal, it will output an even weaker signal. There is no difference in the strength of it, in fact you can plug it in and...
