Reliable Epson's Workhorse

Robust, reliable dot-matrix printer. Excellent for multipart formats. Durable ink ribbon and printhead. Excellent value for the price.

As with all of the dot-matrix printers, it's a little noisy, not that much to die, but it can become a little annoying.

Label Nightmare

After several frustrating hours of trying to get this printer to work, I think it is okay now. My "techie"son, through trial and error, finally made it work. I am a librarian and needed a dot matrix to replace my old Okidata for printing labels. Here...

Good directions for unpacking and assembling the printer. Prints well once you get it set up.

Software does not support labels even though it is marketed as a label printer. The manual printer drawings do not match actual printer. If you follow the manual directions, the labels will not feed. Manual has numerous warnings on what you shouldn't...

Excellent Work Horse

We utilize this printer for our sheet metal ticketing process. I purchased this to replace another dot matrix printer and I have no regrets. Never experienced jams or hardware issues. Setup was fairly straight forward.
