Xerox Phaser 5550N

We purchased this printer for several needs, one of which is stapling. With the finisher, it staples wonderfully and eliminated our need to hand staple. Printing is efficient and, of course, double sided printing saves paper.

Worst aspect of this printer is you are unable to control duplex image backup. The software/firmware is not good but it is PS, fast, 11x17, 1200dpi and cheap to run.

We replaced some older machines that kept locking up. These are great machines that handle an heavy workload.

We have had this printer for a long time and it continues to produce good copies.

This is a great printer - we use this mainly for printing large documents. The quality is much better than my previous HP printer. I would definitely recommend this product.

This printer has major problems with it's 64 and 32 bit drivers. Works best with Windows XP but if you go to anything newer forget about printing to extra trays or an envelope tray. If you have a mixed network you may as well forget about printing to...

I love that it doesn't require as much ink as the other laser printers I have in the office.

We use the Xerox 5550 in our data center as a production printer. It is very fast and reliable. Would recommend to anyone that has large print volumes.
