InFocus X 10

A beautiful, bright DLP projection., Low-judder 24p reproduction., Top resolution., Excellent video-processing for standard signals.

Lack of versatility in the optics., Occasional line-flicker in movies., Uneven illumination., Coloration in grayscales.

Introducing the X 10 — a cheap projector with a bright, cinema-like image that’s ideal for larger rooms. But disadvantages include a lack of versatile positioning and occasional line-flicker in HDTV movies. It’s no longer rare to see LCD projectors...

InFocus X10

There isn't much difference between the different 1080p projectors from InFocus when it comes to physical layout and features, but performance in areas like brightness, black levels and image processing do vary. For many looking at InFocus projectors,...

Very bright in both best, and brightest modes ; Excellent skin tones and overall color handling ; Very sharp image ; ISF certified (has two additional user savable modes for use by ISF certified calibrators) ; Support for an anamorphic lens ; Two...

Mediocre black level performance ; Lack of a control panel on the projector (remote dependent) ; Gamma is a little low - making the image just a little flat looking (less dynamic than some others) ; Limited placement flexibility - no lens shift, and...

Considering InFocus was very late in introducing their first generation 1080p projectors, they have more than compensated. This one's a top pick, and that's why we are pleased to give it our Hot Product Award

Infocus X10 Projector Review

The National High Definition Television is only up to 720 vertical lines which is 1280x720 pixel resolution. These lines of resolution can be expressed in 1080 interlace lines also. Another format of high-definition such as movies on Blu-ray™ and HD...

InFocus X10™ can be considered as revelation for Home Theater enthusiasts who want to experience and enjoy Blu-ray™ DVD movies in Cinemascope ratio on big screens.

This cheap Full HD home theatre projector performs brilliantly given its budget price. It comes highly recommended.

If you can look past the outdated specifications, the InFocus X10 is a fantastic projector. For a low price you get a high quality Full HD 1080p image that is vibrant and sharp. The X10's downsides are only minor in our opinion.

Good price, great picture, lots of scope for adjustment, incredibly sharp

Obsolete DarkChip1 technology, long-throw lens is difficult for small rooms

Infocus X10 Full HD Projector

At Tech2 it is natural to alternate between extreme types of products. Last week we indulged in a mini projector, something that fit in the palm of my hand. This time, we totally shift focus and go to the other end of the spectrum, with Infocus' new...

In conclusion I must say that the projector really performed very well, and does full justice to the very sharp, well detailed image that only true Full HD sources can deliver. The colors are so natural and real looking, plus the projector is damn...

InFocus X10 DLP projector review

You can't possibly buy a decent 1080p projector for £1000, can you?

Brilliant value for money ; Great 1080p picture quality ; Easy to setup and use

Not suited to smaller rooms ; Some motion judder ; Rainbow effect ; You'll need to tweak the projector's settings to make the most of it

InFocus has achieved an astonishing feat with the X10. At around £1,000 it's not only a great value 1080p Full HD projector - it's also boasts the kind of the brilliant picture quality that should make its more expensive rivals weep

InFocus X10 DLP Projector

InFocus' Full HD X10 is, quite simply, one of the most aggressively priced DLP projectors on the market, and it performs well too!

If I had a pound for every time I'd used the phrase ‘you only get what you pay for' in the course of my reviews for this website, I'd be a wealthy man by now. But thankfully very occasionally you stumble across a perspective-shifting product that's the...

InFocus X10

Why squint at your television like a myopic octogenarian when you could be gazing in awe at the full-HD images thrown from the InFocus X10 projector?

Dazzling bright images and vivid colours. A sleek, ceiling-hugging design

Standard-def looks disappointing by comparison

Rustle your crisp packets and talk loud guff during the trailers, because this is the ultimate full-HD projector for a grand!

InFocus Play Big X10 review

The hulking InFocus Play Big X10 is a game changer in the world of DLP projectors, offering incredible full 1080p high definition pictures and a spec sheet usually reserved for pricier models. The pictures it produces are nothing short of stunning,...

It’s difficult to lay many criticisms at the X10’s door. However, the much–hyped rainbow effect (that’s nowt to do with George, Zippy and Bungle by the way) found on many HD projectors is notable. It appears occasionally in the corner of the shot,...
