Sheet feeder next to useless

 

The sheet feeder fails (misfeeds) more often than not and only works if I hold the sides of the pages whilst applying gentle pressure to the paper guides. Misfeeds frequently cause the software to return an error, which means I have to switch the...

It has very fast scanning and easy to use software

The sheet feeder fails more often than not through misfeeds and the software crashes, which means I have to close it down and switch off the machine
