Awful product that is inferior to Epson scanner

The document feeder does not do a good job of ensuring the paper is straight when being fed into scanner. Majority of scans are crooked. Have had several incedence of where the scanner has pulled multiple pages through ADF rather one page at a...

Relatively cheap for an ADF scanner

Extremely poor document feeder. Bundled software is slow and cumbersome. Poor colour reproduction. Flimsy when compared to competition

You get what you pay for!

I had explored other options including the Kodak scanners. I wish I had spent a little more money and bought a better product but times are hard. I hate that I now have the hassle of calling technical support and then possibly shipping the product back...

This is a very simple product to use. The on screen options are very straightforward

The feeder did not work straight out of the box. I bought 7 for my company and I am highly disappointed. There was no instruction manual just a CD but the info was not thorough enough to solve our problem. Had to google the user manual online

Great Scanner

I don't like the offered paperport software, I scan directly into Adobe Pro.

I have two Documate 515, and one 510. Great scanner, they have seen very heavy duty, in busy doctor office (paperless). No issues

I dont install the offered software, be sure to download driver from website, CD never worked

pretty terrible

When it works it is pretty fast. Spent a while looking for flatbed scanners with an ADF. The price was right for this one

Basically couldn't get this to work with Windows 7. Luckily, I have an XP machine lying around which rescued this from being an epic fail. Used the scanwiz software that folks have been talking about. It's a lifesaver. I couldn't get any of the bundled...

It came with OCR software which works quite well

The automatic document feeder is terrible and most documents scan fairly crooked. The scanning quality is much lower than other scanners I own

Not for those with OCD

Scanner works as expected. No surprises

This scanner is not for those with OCD. The blue light on the front panel flashes constantly when the scanner is in standby mode. Very distracting. Had to put black electrical tape over the indicator to block the constant flashing

Wonderful Scanner!!!

Great scanner for the money.

This scanner does it all. I love the software that you can delete a page in the middle of a ten page PDF file and then save it, great feature. I've used a Scansnap 1300 and papers always get stuck and sometimes reads both sides when nothing is there....

Lamp takes 45 sec at time to warm up if at idle for a while. Takes up some space but worth giving up after using it
