Antennacraft® HDX1000 Amplified HDTV Antenna

I live in the North Port Fl area, mounted outside and pick up 26 channels from Tampa to Naples. Awesome HD picture on half of those channels.

I've tried many large antennas to pick up VHF High Ch 7 and 10 which are 42 miles away. Some of those large antennas picked up Ch 10 but not Ch 7 and they were to big for the house. So I bought this one, and I was skeptical if it would pick up VHF Ch 7...

Bought this for my mother who recent bought a new HD TV. She lives between Tampa FL and Fort Myers FL. This antenna picked up 46 stations from both Tampa and Fort Myers. The picture quality was also excellent on most stations. We are very pleased with it.

Our location is about 25 to 30 miles from the nearest stations and there are hills in the way, so we are on the 2Edge (not LOS) of the signal. We are picking up all the network stations plus many more for a total of 70 stations.

Very impressed with this antenna. Better than expectations. Per specs, this should have only picked up about half of the stations. Picked up every available station. Live in a major city with towers about 50+ miles away.

I bought this after my old one was struck by lightning. I'm REALLY happy with it. I live 65 miles from the nearest transmitter and it pulls it with no problem! I'm even getting stations from almost 100 miles away!!! I LOVE IT.
