Superb sonics

None that I could find. Even the price is low considering the package.

Were it not for pricing pressures and receiver "commoditization," Marantz would be entitled to charge $6000 or $8000 for this truly exceptional receiver. Build quality is exemplary, sound quality is unassailable (for a receiver), and with 7 x 140-Watts...

Brilliant, great sound, heaps of power, heaps of features

Wow, is probably the best description. I have has a fair bit of higher end audio gear before, but this Marantz SR-9600 Receiver is by far the best I have ever heard.
