When purchasing an item consumers rarely think about customer service. But it is something you should consider. There is NO customer service on Polaroid products. I emailed them in mid August 2010. On August 30 I received this response:

I've owned the Polaroid TV model TDAC-02212 for three weeks now and it seems to be running fine. No problems. it looks great.
