Terrible

 

Units are ok but the repair sevice is very poor I have been waiting since Dec09 for one unit and Jan10 for another unit to be repaired after numerous calls to the warranty support and discussions with various staff including supervisors and promises...

I purchased a number of these units good price and basic ease of operation

remote is small and hard to read you need good eysight, If unit breaks down don't rely on service because there is none

Good

 

Fantastic unit for its price since i wanted around 2hp cooling only. Payed approx $670AU i cannot complain with that. Highly recommend and very happy with this purchase as it peforms very good and cools down most of the house.

Good Price, fairly quiet, easy to use, great cooling capacity
