Bad

Had warranty repair in July 09 for Thermostat, Unit Blew up less than 6 months later, now has been 6 weeks, still no technician. Service in WESTERN AUSTRALIA is appauling, in particular one lazy, lying TECO service technician, who claims he has tried...

Easy to install, works well when actually working. Quiet. easy to use and clean.

Had the unit for 3.5 years, Has worked well for less than 12 months of that time, doesnt heat or cool very well, except when working properly.
