Use for my gutter cleaning pole of 51mm. Very secure and great value. My only fly in the ointment is the distance of the screw to the camera chassis. Fiddly for me to tighten. Would recommend.

They say "sturdy stainless steel" but the most important part, the pivot arm on which the stand is seated on the tripod is plastic. I tried to mount the stand onto the tripod, it snapped. The complication involved in trying to return it is ridiculous....
