Panasonic SDR-S7

Pintsized camcorder that punches above its weight

Affordable price, super-small design, convenience of SD/SDHC format

Occasional image issues, design may prove awkward for some users

The Panasonic SDR-S7 is clearly not for everyone, but if you're looking for a cheap, user-friendly and highly portable camera, this is one of the better buys on the market. (It looks ferociously cute, too.)

Panasonic SDR-S7EB-K SD Camcorder

If you're looking for an ultra-compact camcorder at a decent price, Panasonic's SDR-S7EB-K could be ideal.

You can't expect a camcorder as tiny as the SDR-S7 to offer much for the more serious videomaker, and its lack of high definition ability will give it a limited shelf life. But for just over £200, the SDR-S7 packs real camcorder abilities into the kind...

Panasonic SDR-S7 Camcorder review

At last, a fully featured camcorder you really can fit in your pocket

It's super-small ; Good controls ; The price is right

No HD ; No SD card in box ; gives other camcorders obesity complexes

Decent image quality and grownup configuration options make this a real camcorder, yet it's light and small enough to be carried wherever you go.

Camcorder group test (Part 2) Panasonic SDR-S7 review

To the rear of the camera body behind a flap there's a power jack, AV-out jack and USB socket for direct connection to a pc. Next to this is a dual function switch that either activates the camera shutter or starts/stops video filming. Now I realise...

Simple ; Compact ; Robust ; Uses SD cards ; Easy to use

Screen attracts dust and fingerprints ; Feels a bit cheap ; No conventional viewfinder

SimplyDV Review: Panasonic SDR-S7 Camcorder

On showing the S7 to others, the reaction it invariably gets relates to its size. It really is small - small enough not just to fit in a coat or jacket pocket but one normally reserved for mobile phones and the like. That's because it's really small....

Panasonic SDR-S7K Black 2.7"LCD 10x Variable Speed Zoom Shock-Resistant SD Camcorder

this camcorder is so small that it's almost completely hidden behind my credit card.

This camcorder is very easy to use and the video quality is ; surprisingly good for such a small product

no viewfinder and no night vision but I knew this before purchase so it won't lose an egg

Camcorder - Almost grown!

Very handy for quick shots, this is a camcorder you will enjoy!! Buying this from Dell was a most pleasant experience for me, got it in two days - no freight charges!! Life is Good!

Very easy to use, very small, easy to take anywhere and make videos. I just received it and like it already. It uses SD or SDHC cards meaning there is no drive moving tape or discs

None so far, except the extended zoom range, goes out to 700 which is totally useless on any camcorder
