I ordered this part to fit on a vertical pole for my RV. The actutal mount is Horizonta not Vertical as shown (90 degrees out) - on both the Amazon and Wilson websites. I contacted Wilson Tech-Support and their answer is essentially How Sad - Too Bad....

this item is good for the price, but life time sucks, after 3 months the battery life time is allmost 10 mins max. you need to talk from base which dont have battery at all.
