Owners suggest keeping the instruction manual nearby when setting up the more advanced features. The same cordless phone is available as a single handset model, the KX-TG7741S (Est. $60) , and in bundles with two handsets -- the Panasonic KX-TG7742S...

Disappointing
I'm very disappointed. My prior Panasonic was very old but much more functional.
Takes rechargeable AAA batteries, so I can drop in eneloops when the current cheap batteries die
Base charger died within four months; reception worse than prior Panasonic it replaced; interface is SLOW and takes way too many presses to get what you need

Very Nice Wireless Phone
The system is remarkably clear and has very good range. The handset will reach the base from 100 yards or so, nice and clear ; The talking caller id is a bit amusing sometimes, but this is a handy feature. No need to run to a display to read who it is
None that I know of. I have not tried the bluetooth connection
