In terms of features, ease of setting up etc. this phone can't be faulted and at first I was really pleased with it. However, after using for a few months the sound quality is really poor so I'll be returning it for a refund.

My first impression was that the sound wasn't good, having received calls from one particular person. However, after receiving calls from others, I found a great improvement in clarity. Could it be anything to do with the first person's phone? Anyway,...

Sound quality not impressive and definitely poorer than my very old Panasonic KX-TCD820ES. Gives the impression of cheapness at the expense of quality - what a pity. I wonder what the testers' benchmark is for sound quality. Otherwise not too bad.

Does the job and has more choice of ring tones than you can imagine but from it functionality not very intuitive. Ok for the price but would not pay more than that.

Purchased this phone as a replacement for my old Panasonic. Chosen primarily because of the long recording time on the answer-phone.
