I had to return because you did not include the charger

The add doesn't say you need the base unit to charge it. Had to return the item to local store

I purchased one of these for use with Dragon Dictate. It is a very good product. High accuracy rate. Comfortable on my admittedly large ears. The extra long mike boom is important for speech dictation.

Only fits very large ears. Does not come with anything but a large wrap-around the ear headset and too large for anyone to put the piece in their ear. I love Plantronics...but they are too cheap to ship the items needed to make this headset work.
