Lenovo ThinkCentre X1

The thin, aluminum alloy Lenovo ThinkCentre X1 all-in-one is a little more stylish than your average business PC. If you need good looks along with capability in the office, it's worth considering.

Matte screen. Thin body. Easily accessed I/O ports. Wireless keyboard and mouse included. Equipped with 8GB of memory and 256GB SSD.

No 4K option. HDMI requires an adapter. Not as fast as rivals on multimedia creation tests.

The Lenovo ThinkCentre X1 is a svelte all-in-one PC made for visible parts of your office. It's well suited for spots like the front desk of a boutique hotel, a lawyer's office, or even on the news desk of an online content farm. It's not as expensive...

Lenovo Thinkcentre X1 review: All-in-one design done right

All-in-ones are all about saving space and avoiding clutter, but few do this as well as they could. More manufacturers should take a cue from Lenovo's approach with its ThinkCentre X1.

Super space-saving design ; Compatible with VESA mounts ; Good performance with SSD configuration ; Excellent port and feature arrangement

Always-on USB port can be confused with power jack ; No USB 3.1, Type C, or PCIe M.2

To be perfectly honest, I’d like to see Lenovo take the outstanding basic Thinkcentre X1 design and realize it to the max: a 4K UHD display, a PCIe-NVMe SSD, Type C USB 3.1, and...a red (not yellow) always-on USB port.

The Lenovo ThinkCentre X1 is a razer-thin all-in-one

With a slim body and anti-glare 24-inch IPS screen, this is a shot at taking back a few desktops from the iMac.

Lenovo ThinkCentre X1 All-in-One Windows 10 PC Review

Lenovo 's popular X1 lineup has grown substantially over the years, and one of the newest products to flesh out its wares is the ThinkCentre X1, an all-in-one Windows desktop PC comprised of a single thin, lightweight display. This monitor, despite its...

Extremely thin and light ; Excellent design ; Display handles light glares like a champ

No touchscreen option

The Lenovo ThinkCentre X1 is a well-rounded all-in-one PC that pays attention to details both big and small, and the end result is a model suitable for many users. There are some sticking points, such as the lack of touchscreen, but they largely come...

Lenovo ThinkCentre X1 Review - Built for Business

The $1,069 ThinkCentre X1 largely delivers on what it promises, offering business users a sleek, office-ready design, solid overall performance and a webcam and microphone suitable for conference calls. The fact that you can hide its webcam is a nice...

Sleek design ; Doubles as a monitor ; Comfortable keyboard ; Hideable webcam

Dim display ; Better performance available for price

The Lenovo ThinkCentre X1's strikingly slim design and privacy webcam make it a good fit for the office, but you can find more versatile all-in-ones for the money.

Lenovo ThinkCentre X1 review

Lenovo's answer to the iMac is sharp-suited and ultra-slim

Classy appearance; SSD; Glare-resistant screen; Easily accessible ports

So-so screen quality; Merely satisfactory performance

Although not entirely a case of style over substance, the ThinkCentre X1’s main point of appeal is nonetheless its striking appearance

Lenovo ThinkCentre X1 review: The sensible iMac alternative

Lenovo's latest all-in-one is one of the most handsome iMac alternatives around, but can it beat the Apple all-in-one for value?

In the end, the Lenovo ThinkCentre X1 is a curious mixture of the good, the great and the downright frustrating. I really like the design of the main unit, but the keyboard and mouse are a letdown; it feels highly responsive, but all-out performance is...
