Canon's small dSLR simply isn't small enough

 

The Canon EOS Rebel SL1 tries to bring the dSLR camera to folks who want more compact dSLRs, but it just ends up in limbo.

Sized for small-to-medium hands, the ; delivers the expected photo and video quality in a comfortable and well-executed design.

It's pretty slim on features.

While the Canon EOS Rebel SL1 is a perfectly reasonable entry-level dSLR, you can get the same photo and video quality in a smaller body for the same money (or less) by opting for a mirrorless interchangeable-lens model.
