Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330 review: Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330

Simple to operate; reliable auto shooting; 26mm-equivalent wide-angle lens; 3-inch LCD.

Skimpy feature set for the money; 14-megapixel resolution questionably useful.

The Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330 is an OK pocket camera, but a little more money will get you a lot more features.

Sony DSC-W330 Cyber-shot Review

The feel of the camera doesn't live up to its ability, macro mode was frustrating, not sure how the "Easy" setting adds any value to the camera.

Captures great photos, Nice wide 26mm wide angle lens, compatibility with SD/SDHC cards is finally here, iAuto mode will help you take great snapshots, large 3.0-inch LCD is easy to view, compact and easy to carry, Offers a great entry-level price ;...

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330 – skimpy feature set

Reliable auto-shooting; wide angle lens equivalent to 26mm; easy to operate; and 3 inches LCD display

14-megapixel resolution has questionable use; very less features for the price tag

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330 sacrifices a lot in order to keep the price low. We will recommend you to put in $30 bucks more and go for the W350, it has better quality.

Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330 review

Dig just a little into the features of the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W330 and you'll start to see all the corners cut to get the price down to less than $170. In comparison to Sony's $199.99 W350 , the W330 has no optical image stabilization; the movie mode...

DO NOT BUY THIS CAMERA!

I retired a DSC-W100 (which I had purchased when the W100 was "cutting edge") a few years ago. The W100 was a dream camera, I dropped it a million times, it kept taking amazing photos, crushed it, kept taking amazing photos, splashed it, kept taking...

I can't seem to get my photos to be clear all the time, sometimes they are but most times they are blurred. I have a kodak and it takes much crisper pictures. Overall I'm not satisfied.

disappointing

Get the w220, you will be happier. We have 2x w220 and 1x w330 and we just use the w220 more. I am brand fan of Sony products.

It is a good-to-great camera

its the reduced "feature" model of the w220. Probably the cheapest form of a "W" series 14mp camera from Sony. Was not worth the difference in price from the w220
