Sony Cyber Shot DSC-W90 review

Sony pushes its Cyber-shot W-series forward by inches, not miles, with the DSC-W90. This 8-megapixel point-and-shoot camera offers a higher resolution than its predecessor, the Cyber-shot DSC-W80 , but otherwise doesn't change much of anything.

Quick performance; good pictures at lower sensitivity settings.

Small buttons feel awkward.

Quick shooting and generally good picture quality make the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W90 a solid choice.

Sony DSC W90 8.1Mp compact camera

Sony's ever-increasing stable of digital cameras has its most recent addition in the Sony DSC W90. Armed with a host of features that not all mid-range point and shoot cameras have, the Sony DSC W90 is guaranteed to make even the most amateur shooter...

Speedy performance with a rich list of features and good ergonomics the Sony DSC W90 is an excellent camera. Just for the sake of nit-picking, we'd like to see manual controls. That said, it's a great camera to bring those memories alive. PCWorld.in

Sony DSC W90

The Sony DSC W90 is one of the cheaper pocket sized digital cameras. String points include ease of use and also a fast acting shutter. This helps to reduce the delay time between pressing the button and the picture being taken.

Low shutter lag - viewfinder - ease of use

Photos could be a touch sharper in places

A pretty solid offering from Sony. Low price for a camera you can slip into a pocket.
