Terrible

After my experience with Kitchenaid service I wouldn't touch another Kitchenaid mixer, or any other Kitchenaid product for that matter, with a forty foot pole.

I have always had great respect for Kitchenaid products until my mixer needed fixing.

I rang the National Service agent Peter McInnes in Sydney and they recommended a local "company" (in reality a one man band working out of a shed) called Woods Electrical to fix my mixer. I left my mixer with this man and haven't seen either him or my...
