Worked OK for a few weeks then the plastic collar on the blade cracked and the on/off switch died. Runs but won't stop.
Consumer review (productreview.com.au)
I upgraded to this model after our old food processor died. I wish I never had. The blade keeps moving up the bowl so food is not mixed properly and if blending soup the veggies are not puréed finely so chunky soup. After previously having a Sunbeam...
Blade doesn't stay down in bowl. Moves up constantly.

I have to admit firstly that I have never particularly liked this machine as I really should have bought something more robust. I persevered however because I didn't want to waste the thing. Last night however, the lid literally exploded off it while I...

Side by side blender and processor make it take up space and it's heavy. One won't work without the other (or blender side's cap) in place, at the precise angle, including the lids. Food Processor - doesn't blend well as the blade is too high from the...
Blender works well, Lots of attachements.
Bulky, Food Processor doesn't work well, Annoying to set up.
Consumer review (productreview.com.au)
After having a basic breville for years "upgraded" to this. It is virtually useless as a food processor - blade sits too high and seems loose so unless the bowl is very full, everything ends up a mess under the blade, am very disappointed and would...
Not fit for purpose
Consumer review (productreview.com.au)
It is wrong to call this product a food processor as it destroys more than half the item you are trying to grate and don't try processing breadcrumbs as the blade is too far off the bottom to be of any value. I only purchased around Mar 13 and have...
Extremely bad product. Doesn't perform as advertised.

My Moulinex gave up the ghost after 20 years ( the bowl cracked), so I bought the Sunbeam LC6250. It's not even a toy! The blades don't 'stay down' when under normal pressure - they migrate up the spindle; the blender is difficult to even get to work -...
It was new...

I am writing this review because I believe it may be of assistance to others in getting this product to operate correctly. It took me about a day to work it out because the documentation is appalling. After assembly my indicator light was flashing and...
Similarity to my old Moulinex with a large bowl unlike just about everything else on the market.
The documentation is appalling and I would also agree with other reviewers that an On/Off switch and a switch for changing between the blender and processor instead of the cryptic "lid" (blender disabler)
Consumer review (productreview.com.au)
To be honest, I have never had a bad sales experience from any Harris Scarfe stores, but I can say I've purchased a dud product....the Sunbeam Multi Processor LC6250 was exactly that; bits broke off from the start and then the finale being the rotary...

- Terrible. I have had the multiprocessor for over 12 months now and consider it the worst appliance I have ever purchased. Takes "forever" to set up before it finally condescends to "sometimes" work. The cutting blades are far too high above the bowl...
Expensive and very difficult to use
