Delphi NAV200 Portable GPS Navigation

 

Pocket-size navigator packs modest multimedia prowess, but is confusing to operate.

Sensitive GPS receiver. Turn-by-turn navigation and multimedia players at an affordable price. POI database has 1.6 million entries. Multisegment routing.

Menu system awkward to use. Some common functions take too many screen taps. Multimedia players very basic. No turn list.

The Delphi NAV200 is slow to perform some tasks, and all the information on the map screen can be overwhelming at times. It also lacks text-to-speech functionality and a USB port.

The Delphi NAV200 is a good value portable-navigation system, but its map interface needs some work.

For a reasonable price of around $200.00, the Delphi NAV200 makes an excellent travel companion as an affordable GPS navigation system. It's a great navigation unit for first time GPS buyers.

As luck would have it, about the same time the Dual GPS unit arrived, a Delphi navigation system also showed up at the office, and we didn't immediately realize that, except for minor cosmetic differences, they were the same product. This makes sense...

It may be my limitation, but I don't feel I am getting the functionality that I would desire. It is slow to find the main signal for GPS. The movies are only AVI the calculator isn't scientific. With the 400 mhz CPU it could have full featured PDA...

It's really easy to use. Well, at least for me, I have been around GPS systems for years now. I researched it a long time and this beuty was perfect for my needs and, more importantly, my wallet
