Nextar Snap3 review

 

Nextar Snap3

The Nextar Snap3 portable navigation system features a compact design and offers text-to-speech functionality, integrated Bluetooth, and multimedia capabilities.

The Nextar Snap3 is sluggish, and the system froze on one occasion. Satellite acquisition can be erratic.

The Nextar Snap3 may look good on paper with an admirable feature set and affordable price tag, but road tests prove this GPS device to be a dud.

Poor quality

 

Newegg csr offered free return, I'm sending it back today, 'll update the return process later.

Didn't actually use it ; Product arrived with defects

The red metal on the surface popped up, could easily scratches your hand ; One previous review mentioned the same issue ; Then it is not just me, or just luck

never buy a simcard from telus, I strongly recomend w/ rogers.

It's a great phone, I love it's simplicity and straightforwardness(if there's such word). The sound is very impressive and loud, and the radio is actually a feature that other phones (even $500) range dont have. I know it's not touch screen and other...

Nokia X3 Red Unlocked Cell phone

 

this phone looks good in the pic, not bad for the price. the phone just made out of cheap materials, the red thing on the phone didnt stick really well, so i have to use super glue to stick it back in. not bad for the price

the batteries is pretty small, first i though it didn't come with it

nextar 3.5" 4GB MP3 / MP4 Player T30

 

i will recommend everybody who is interested in mp3/mp4 players for travel this product is good to buy for such a decent prize.

i bought it to give gift to friends and they are enjoying.i bought one small external speaker and i connected with it to enjoy in bathroom ..:)

Technically work good .decent fast transmission data and decent fast converting video format ; they are giving lots of accessories to full fill all needs to rock

Disappointed in Detroit

 

Had lots of cool features, in theory

Broke within a week of owning. The rubber edging around the sides started to deteriorate - I think something was leaking on the inside of it. Called customer service and got no wheres with them. Very frustrated all around

Works with Vista 64-bit

 

Just wanted to add a few more words on Vista. So far connections have been perfect with Vista 64-bit SP1. No additional drivers required. No problems other than quirks mentioned about pulling USB cable back out a bit. No problems seating/unseating SD...

Price, screen, clarity, value

Interface takes a little practice. Price went back up to $49 or I would have bought another one. Need to use other headphones for reasonable sound quality

Hard to gripe at this price

 

The unit arrived with a DOA power adapter, but it can still be charged with the USB cable, so I was all set. As usual, Newegg was terrific arranging a return, so I've got a new one on the way while I send this one back. You'll probably need to convert...

Price ; Big screen

Navigation (read what everyone else is saying) ; Buttons difficult to see and use ; SD card impossible to access if you don't have fingernails ; ExtrEEEmly slow data transfer. Nearly 3 minutes to transfer a 200Mb video. 25 seconds just to delete it....
