There is a lot to say about this product, I mean it's good for what it is but I'm not really that pleased with it. The heating plates heat up quickly but the images are misleading as they show that the plates are ridged whereas they are completely flat...

Bought this after reading reviews. It's great for toasting teacakes or crumpets. Very easy to clean. Quick to heat up.
