It's a brush. It works. I like silicone products because they clean easily and are stain-resistant. The removable head is important because of the wooden handle (head goes in dishwasher but handle doesn't).
Great combo with the jambalaya pot, the paddle and the banjo burner! I've made boiled crawfish, boiled shrimp and an awesome gumbo with this combo kit. It's also great for chilies, stews and great for frying!
I bought this product to make omelets, quesadillas, etc. so far I haven't seen any issues with this product and it works really well, way better than expected. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone.
It is so easy to make a sandwich in this machine. It comes out perfect everytime. The green light means go and you are ready to cook. Makes great burgers, grilled cheeses and French toast. Wipes off easy with a sponge or paper towel.
