If you do not have the time to season this griddle and grill, every time you use it do not buy it. It Rusts immediately at the slightest chance of steam.

nothing to brag about, rough surface, ok for bacon or similar stuff, lousy for pancakes and eggs

I purchased this griddle because I thought it would save me time. Dispite the fact that I washed and seasoned griddle before my first use it smoked up my kitchen, even on low heat. I hope that with a few uses and more seasoning it will get better.
