Terrible

Appearance

Not reliable. Cheap parts break. Terrible customer service. Parts take forever. Don't buy this DCS or anmy other DCS product. All the same.

Terrible

I've owned an earlier, but similar DCS grills for about 8 years; many parts have prematurely failed, from igniters to grates to gas burners. DO NOT BUY DCS grills.

Professional heat, good grease management, nice looking, large cooking suface

Shoddy parts, poorly constructed. Way overpriced.
